However, it did pour salt into open wounds....which I am sure my 360 Armor Brothers can attest to.....LOL!!! The article points out a lot of issues that are regularly overlooked, especially during negotiations times. I strongly believe that because our individual character traits and work ethics, love and passion for this profession, that we continue to 'Put up & Shut Up!' or 'Embrace the Suck!' God knows that on some days it takes everything in me to drag myself off to work having to deal with the impending stress factor. And that's just dealing with management, NOT the bad guy. But I digress, I love my chosen profession and thank my Heavenly Father daily for blessing me with this great opportunity to be at times, that curbside minister and peace keeper.
