A good primer, this article. I practice this daily…calorie consumption limited to roughly 1200-1900 Hours…it works great for me and is not that difficult. I’m at my high school weight with similar muscle mass. Get ahold of me if you want to give it a try. Not really that hard, just takes some discipline and getting used too. ~Dave E.
